The Billing page shows the offer each of your locations runs on. Every location has its own offer, so one brand can mix different plans. In the organization sidebar, open Billing. The page is restricted to owners.

What each card shows

  • The plan — the name of the offer the NowOS team assigned, for example Pilot — free: locations in the pilot programme use NowOS for free, with no expiry.
  • The validity — the offer’s end date, or No expiry. An expired offer cuts nothing: the register and the backoffice keep working while you renew it with us.
  • POS terminals — how many devices are currently paired at this location, and your offer’s cap. The main register refuses to pair a device beyond that cap.
  • Features — what your offer includes: reservations, inventory, preparation stations, support assistant. A feature that is not included is marked with a dash.

A feature that is not included

The pages of a feature your offer does not include disappear from that location’s sidebar. If you open one of them from a link, the backoffice shows a screen naming the feature and your plan, with a View my offer button for owners. The rest of the backoffice and the register are not affected.
Online payment is not open yet: your offer is managed directly by the NowOS team. Get in touch to change plan, add a feature or raise the terminal count.
