The Billing page shows the offer each of your locations runs on. Every location has its own license, so one brand can mix different formulas. In the organization sidebar, open Billing. The page is restricted to owners.

What each card shows

  • The formula — for example Pilot offer — free: the first locations of the pilot program use NowOS for free, with no expiry.
  • The validity — the offer’s end date, or No expiry.
  • POS terminals — how many devices are currently paired at this location, and your offer’s cap. The main register refuses to pair a device beyond that cap.
Online payment is not open yet: your offer is managed directly by the NowOS team. Get in touch to change your formula or raise the terminal count.
