# Billing and your offer

> Review each location's offer: formula, validity and allowed terminals.

The **Billing** page shows the offer each of your locations runs on. Every
location has its own license, so one brand can mix different formulas.

In the organization sidebar, open **Billing**. The page is restricted to
owners.

## What each card shows

* **The formula** — for example **Pilot offer — free**: the first locations
  of the pilot program use NowOS for free, with no expiry.
* **The validity** — the offer's end date, or **No expiry**.
* **POS terminals** — how many devices are currently
  [paired](/en/setup/pairing) at this location, and your offer's cap. The
  main register refuses to pair a device beyond that cap.

  Online payment is not open yet: your offer is managed directly by the
  NowOS team. Get in touch to change your formula or raise the terminal
  count.
